This document outlines the fees and charges applicable to users of the mobile application European Pay, developed by Digital Payment Services (hereinafter referred to as "DPS"). Please read these terms carefully before using the application.
Application Usage Fees
- The use of the European Pay application is free for users. - No fees are charged for downloading the application or creating a user account.
Transaction Fees
- Transaction fees may be charged for certain types of transactions made through the application, in accordance with the current rates established by DPS. - Transaction fees are clearly indicated at the time of executing the transaction and may vary depending on the transaction amount, type, and other factors.
Currency Conversion Fees
- In the case of transactions involving currencies other than the user's reference currency, currency conversion fees may apply. - These fees are based on the prevailing exchange rates and are also clearly indicated at the time of the transaction.
Service Fees
- DPS reserves the right to charge service fees for certain additional services offered via the application, such as concierge services or advanced customer support. - These service fees, if any, are transparently communicated before using the service.
Changes to Fees and Charges
- DPS reserves the right to modify the fees and charges applicable to the use of the application at any time, subject to reasonable notice to users. - Changes to fees and charges will be published in the application and will take effect on the date specified in the modification notification.
