1. About these Terms

These Terms apply to your use of the EuropeanPay website, apps, and related services. By creating an account or using EuropeanPay, you agree to these Terms and any in-app notices.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • We may request verification (KYC/KYB) where required.

3. The service

EuropeanPay provides QR payments, payment-linked rewards, loyalty tools, and related features for users and SMEs. Service availability may vary by country and eligibility.

4. Payments & authorisations

  • When you confirm a payment, you authorise the transaction.
  • Transactions may be instant; always review the merchant and amount before confirming.
  • We may decline or delay transactions for security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.

5. Security & misuse

Keep your login secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not use EuropeanPay for fraud, money laundering, illegal activity, or to harm platform integrity.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close accounts where required by law, if we suspect fraud or misuse, or where there is a serious violation of these Terms.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for issues caused by merchants or third parties outside our control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll provide notice where required (e.g., in-app). Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law, unless mandatory local rules apply.
