European Pay Ownership and Rights (by "ITGC-Infotech Global Consultancy Private Limited")

• The European Pay brand is owned by Mr. Praveen Soni as the recipient of the correspondence and manager with the other 3 co-founders (see link https://data.inpi.fr/marques/FR5053422?q=EuropeanPay#FR5053422).
• The "ITGC-Infotech Global Consultancy Private Limited" is the company that owns the Apple developer's account and brand "European Pay" with another company "Digital Payment Services SAS".
• "ITGC-Infotech Global Consultancy Private Limited" manages all the IT, mobile app, and privacy policy-related works. The "European Pay" and "European Pay Enterprise" both the apps are submitted by the "ITGC-Infotech Global Consultancy Private Limited" on the Apple developer account.
• Mr. Praveen Soni is the director in both the companies "ITGC-Infotech Global Consultancy Private Limited" and "Digital Payment Services SAS". And he is also the owner, recipient and agent of "European Pay".
• "Digital Payment Services SAS" services only manage the marketing part of the European Pay.
