This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and Digital Payment Services (hereinafter referred to as "DPS" or "We") regarding the use of the mobile application European Pay (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). By installing, downloading, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

License Grant

Subject to your continued compliance with the terms of this Agreement, DPS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application on a mobile device, solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You agree not to: - Copy, modify, or distribute the Application, except as expressly authorized by DPS. - Use the Application in a manner contrary to applicable laws, rules, or regulations. - Attempt to circumvent the security or access measures of the Application. - Modify, translate, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Application.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that the Application and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the exclusive property of DPS. You acquire no ownership rights in the Application.

Personal Data

You consent to DPS collecting, storing, and processing your personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.

Updates

DPS reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Application at any time, with or without notice.

Warranty and Liability

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". DPS does not warrant that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall DPS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Application.

Termination

DPS reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, in the event of User's breach of its terms.

General Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DPS regarding the use of the Application, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements between the parties.
